Basketball Leadership Training develops the PERSON as well as the PLAYER!
Founded as a non-profit subsidiary of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) in 2020, BLT's purpose is to help young people reach their aspirations, on and off the basketball court. Everything we do in teaching basketball skills incorporates life and leadership lessons. Our ultimate goal is to see our clients and campers use their basketball development to propel their personal, academic, and social growth as well.

Basketball Leadership Training services are available to boys and girls of all ability & experience levels from youth basketball through high school. Our programming includes detailed, customized film breakdown by NCAA college basketball coaching professionals, as well as live instruction via developmental camps and clinics.
